Thomas J. Webb, a George Mason University alumnus, has been
CMS Energy's and Consumers Energy's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer since August 2002. In addition, he is the Chairman of the Board of
EnerBank USA, a nationwide bank. He also
is responsible for CMS Enterprises, all of CMS Energy's businesses outside of
the Michigan Utility.
